If you cancel outside of 24 hours prior to the time your tour is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund. Be sure to receive confirmation of your cancellation, to ensure your refund is processed properly and timely. If you booked your tour through a third party (such as a vacation rental company), you must request cancellation through them, and may be subject to their cancellation policies instead.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your tour’s scheduled start time, including no-shows, are not entitled to a refund.
Naturally, weather and water conditions play a major role in the enjoyment of your tour. We love the water, so we will not cancel a tour in the event of rain. We take lightning very seriously however. If there is lightning in the area (within 10 miles), we will either cancel the tour or in some cases attempt to postpone the tour until it passes. High winds and rough water conditions (red flag, or in some cases yellow) can also pose a significant danger on a paddle board. If our launch point is in a high-risk area, and if there is not a suitable option to move the tour to a calmer location (from Gulf-side to Bay-side for example), we may cancel it. Safety is ALWAYS our top priority, so we reserve the right to cancel a tour if we believe the conditions will be too dangerous. If your tour is cancelled by Green Fin due to weather or water conditions, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
